Content Suite CS16 / xECM

2013 - 2020. OpenText CS16 & xECM are enterprise content management systems.

Extended ECM Platform is an integration of the content management system with other leading applications such as SAP S/4HANA®, SAP® SuccessFactors®, Salesforce®, etc…

My responsibility was to conceptualize and implement XECM’s user experience UCD strategy. Translate abstract business cases to tangible UI architecture, design UI patterns, components. Vigilantly making sure the released product does not differ from the design specifications documented.

My primary goal was to design an easy-to-use, intuitive, and highly efficient product.

2021 - 2022. explain.ai is a Cloud Network Security, SaaS Solution.

Cyber threat detection and remediation solution for Dev Sec Ops and network analysts.

Leveraging Ai assisted analytical engine, temporal network graph database,

External threat list databases. Enables IT professionals to detect and or eliminate cyber-attacks with minimal or no manual intervention.

My role was to articulate software architecture and abstract business cases. Create tangible, human-centered, application interfaces enabling end-users to operate the application with none or minimal learning curve.

2011- 2014 GreenChargeNet GridSynergy is cloud-based software, that draws on historical data, as well as real-time input from a company’s systems, to calculate/regulate optimal energy consumption.

2007 - 2014 DivineCloud is a SaaS, Cloud management, application deployment solution to automate repetitive, operational tasks and simplify workflows for DevOps and System Administrators.
